About Nik Brovkin

Nik Brovkin is a graphic designer, musician and art director based in Montreal, Canada. Over the Breaks is Nik’s freelance design practice.

Nik is a Mechanical Engineering graduate, a self-taught graphic designer and a beat maker. His work is deeply inspired by Dieter Rams’ “10 Commandments of Good Design”. Nik strives to make good design accessible to all.

In his spare time, Nik works on music under the name The Hamptons and has contributed music to his own project called Small Talk, as well as production for songs by Nomadic Massive and Gaya.
